Biriyani

If there is one dish that is unites foodies from all corners of India , it is biriyani. I think no Indian has even thumbs down when we talk about biriyani.
Different regions have different types of biriyani and has put there own flavour full taste on it .

When British deposed Nawab wajid ali shah to kolkata ( former calcutta) , the calcutta biriyani was created. Nizams governing small territories in Southern India encouraged regional variants like Hyderabadi biriyani. Biriyani recipes of the mughals can still be found in places where their empire had a foothold.
Once a dish for royalty, today the biriyani became the heart and love of every Indian.

After trying out so many joints and they are like hitlist restaurant , but it would be very wrong if I don’t consider this restaurant
“DESI CHULLAH” In my hitlist. Cause it’s too giving a tough competition when  it comes to biriyani


Items are :
Mutton burra biriyani  – Juicy mutton burra kebab already a delicious starter and when it got infused with biriyani the perfect flavour and taste makes it more perfect.

Mutton bhuna biriyani – the juicy succulent perfectly cooked mutton when you have it with biriyani rice it’s just get melt inside your mouth. The taste flavour absolutely delicious

Tikka biriyani –  I think everyone had Chicken tikka but I think no one tried the biriyani of it , a proper dum of biriyani with chicken and perfectly balance two variants in one is really amazing .

Tengdi biriyani – I think the name says it all . A big size tengdi  marinated with proper masala and grilled and served over rice with unique flavour of tikka is absolutely amazing

And my favorite dessert

Kesar Firni – Kesar Phirni or Firni is a traditional Kashmiri dessert which is made using milk and rice. This Mughlai sweet treat is really delicious

Trust each and every biriyani is absolutely amazing and worth the money compare to quantity and quality .  The best thing I love it is the perfect balance of flavour on it and which makes all of them outstanding
Apart from that the warm hospitality I got really overwhelmed mainly thanks goes to mayuree di .  I would like to go back again again to have this yummilicious dish.
