It’s not just a cafeteria where we go only to have food but it’s also the best spot to hang out with your friends. Missing it right? Don’t worry, to cheer you up the city of joy has in store for us a new spot where we can relive all our college canteen memories in a whole new way and style.

Canteen Pub & Grub, located on the 3rd floor of City Centre 1, Salt Lake, is all set to welcome the patrons for a whole new experience altogether

Similar to our college canteens, this place offers the same feel with a fresh vibe . They have also added to the ambience of green house place with different plants all around
But the major difference from our regular college canteens is that along with the regular food counter comprising multi-cuisine dishes, the place also offers a lavish bar counter and also hookah.

Not only ambience food is also most important cause good food means happy tummy.
They have vast dishes and varities of amazing cocktails and all are just amazing.
The quality of food, the quantity they maintained is absolutely mind blowing .

Coming to food I had

1) PORK DRY FRY
Pork dry fry is something that you need in your life if you love pork. It is so flavorful and tastes amazing as a starter . They serve this slow-cooked pork in a crispy fried coating with spices, garlic, bell peppers and onion and finished with a few ingredients that take this preparation to the next level. (Rate – 5/5)

2) ANDHRA PEPPER MUTTON
Despite having so many mutton dishes i am unable to forget the taste of dish that canteen provides. Not so spicy yet flavor full andhra style pepper it’s just simply amazing in taste. It completely cooked with butter to bring out the taste of spices. Highly recommend. (Rate – 5/5)

3) GONDHORAJ MAHI TIKKA

This tikka actually bhetki fish done in tandoor with a kaffir lime flavour. The fish was so soft so well cooked it just simply melt in your mouth and that flavour of gondhoraj bind up with just mind blowing. Rate – (5/5)

4)CHICKEN SIX 65
Chicken 65 is a popular spicy delicious dish in an Indian style boneless chicken starter. The unique flavour and amazing taste of spices is really awesome. ( Rate – 5/5)

5) PIZZA KOSHA MONTONE
We all know how much people love pizza may be in chicken or pork, but mutton pizza that too in indian style is absolutely delightful.
I just gone crazy having this delicious pizza. (Rate – 5/5)

6) PAN GRILLED COTTAGE CHEESE WITH KABSA RICE
Not just for veg lovers , for non veg lovers also this will surely win your heart.
The grilled cheese served with Kabsa ,it is a mixed rice originates from Saudi Arabia . Really great goes with grilled cheese.

7) KERALA PRAWN CURRY WITH LEMON RICE
The prawn is stir with spices and is cooked with coconut milk is absolutely amazing. It great goes with lemon rice. (Rate – 5/5)
